Enrollment Process

  1. Click here to visit the enrollment website.CSR24loginQR
  2. Click on the SIGN ME UP! button in the upper left. signmeup
  3. Fill out the form. Be sure to enter all the required fields (First Name, Last Name and email address)
  4. Click the Create Account Now button.
  5. On the Create Account Page,…
    1. Enter phone number on record for you.
    2. Enter your main policy number for the current policy period.
    3. Enter the expiration date of the current policy period using this format: mm-dd-yyyy
    4. Click the Create Account Now button
  6. Create a log in name.
  7. Create a password (must be 6+ characters and contain at least one number)
  8. Confirm the password.
  9. Click the Create Account Now button to access your CSR 24 Insurance Portal.
