Food and Water

Stock up on water and non-perishable foods. You will want at least a one-week supply, but more if you can afford it and have room to store them).

In addition to the above, think about items that you and your family use on a daily basis. You should include these items in your MA storm preparation supply list. Pay particularly close attention to items that you may not be able to easily get during an emergency. Plan ahead by getting extra of these items now. This includes medication or special dietary supplies.
